ich habe die Rule 65(d)(2) noch nicht nachgelesen....aber ich habe schon den eindruck dass dritte (BoNY und die nachgelagerten abwicklungssysteme gebunden sind...
NML hat wohl forderungen von ca 1,6 mrd usd....das könnte argy ganz gut ins schwitzen bringen und u.u. die kommende zinszahlung am 31.3. gefährden
man sollte einen schlauen schriftsatz auf grundlage dieses urteils machen und in ffm vorstellig werden

Such Agents and Participants shall be
bound by the terms of this ORDER as provided by Rule 65(d)(2) and
prohibited from aiding and abetting any violation of this ORDER, including any further violation by the Republic of its obligations under Paragraph 1 (c) ofthe FAA, such as any effort to make payments under the terms of the Exchange Bonds without also concurrently or in advance making a Ratable Payment to NML.
