He practices regularly before the U.S. Supreme Court and other federal courts. Julian Ku is Professor of Law and Faculty Director of International Programs at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. He has published articles on the constitutional aspects of foreign relations in journals such as the Yale Law Journal and the Supreme Court Review.
