· The lead prosecutor of the Clarin Group’s constitutional challenge to the Media Law has declared to the presiding federal judge that he has concluded that the law is constitutional, and the judge should deny Clarin’s challenge. It is now up to the judge to rule. Meanwhile, Justice Minister Julio Alak confirmed in an interview on Radio Continental that the government is looking into initiating impeachment proceedings against the judges of the Civil and Commercial Court that supported the continued injunction on the Media Law in support of Clarin’s challenge.
